What Are The Differences Between Crocodiles & Alligators?
- The snout shape is different between the two – Alligators have U-shaped snouts and crocodiles have more V-shaped snouts
- Crocodile’s lower teeth are visible and in alligators, they are not shown.
- Crocodiles are larger
- Alligators are normally freshwater and crocodile’s habitats can differ between saltwater and freshwater
- Crocodiles are more aggressive and alligators are theoretically more timid unless hungry or provoked
